Address Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Tbilisi

It appears that the place has been recently renovated because while the facade of the building and rooms seemed new, the towels, bedding and pillows were old and rough. Overall, the place is okay; 8-10 minutes walk from Freedom Square, but you have to navigate through heavy traffic, so wouldn’t advise it for families with younger kids. Also, no other amenities; room service, or even groceries, restaurants nearby. We had to venture out to Freedom Square for snacks, even.

Breakfast was a bare bones affair, so we actually ate out after the first morning. On my request, they made an omelette but it was oily and the kitchen said they didn’t have any vegetables?!

Shout out to one of the Front desk employees, though. When I asked for room service for my kids, she checked the breakfast kitchen and not finding anything, gave her own Barni cakes! I didn’t get her name but she had black hair and wore glasses. 5...

We had booked at another hotel and upon arriving at that place we were told that they had overbooked. Luckily we saw this hotel just across the road and I am actually glad we landed up here. The only complaints I have of the place is that the guests can be super noisy but that can obviously not be blamed on the hotel as guests can be very inconsiderate. Extra pillows on the beds would be a plus and maybe loose mats next to your bed. Otherwise the staff (Yuri) who so gladly welcomed us and accommodated us on such short notice was excellent. Cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast on offer was excellent all 3 days we were there. The ladies in the kitchen were also fantastic. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff very welcoming and polite real georgian hospitality, i also loved breakfast the most, chef nina or nana something deserve a rise and her assistant is very neat, clean and spotless we thanked them personally for the delicious breakfast many options and all cooked perfectly, ive been to international hotels and breakfast was not that much of tasty and often find cutlery not so clean i was surprised that this simple hotel had such a good staff and cook. Room was excellent heat perfect and can control it by yourself, there is even a bidet with hot water switch included! One downside was only the location up a tiny hill and the sound insulation was weak but i did not mind that very much as i was very pleased with staff...
