diptyque Boutique Charlottenburg — Attraction in Berlin

I love the products and have bought all my favorite fragrances here. However, the staff is rude and extremely judgmental based on people’s appearances. I might not look like their typical clientele since I’m young and covered in tattoos, but it’s very impolite to treat me as if I weren’t there. During my visit, the woman working there didn’t bother to approach or help me, even though the store was completely empty. She couldn’t even bring herself to look at me or welcome me. I recommend hiring people who actually care and try to sell products. I guess they don’t want me to spend my money...

This is a tiny store at the far end of K’Damm, but it stocks every item of Diptyque stock as well as some exclusive pieces which I have never seen before.

On my last visit there was only one member of staff available but they were very helpful, knowledgable and took time to answer all of my questions.

As always any purchases are beautifully wrapped and some appropriate samples are supplied based on your conversation.

The staff here is wonderful. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and they are incredibly friendly. I usually come here in my sports clothes because it’s on the way to my trainings and they never judged me or anything. They even recommended a room spray I can use on my sport stuff and I did buy it, la drougerie. I can confirm that stuff is heavenly.
