Annas Unverpacktes — Attraction in Heidelberg

One of the best packaging free shops I've ever been to. Yes it's small, and yes the selection is limited. But I have to honestly and politely disagree with anyone on here who gives the shop a low rating. I don't think they have any idea how hard it is to run a business like this. And if prices are higher than you get at big chains WITH packaging, than that's because small businesses in general and everyone working to mimimize packaging in particular, have to work with completely different supply chains. And you have to make a living and make rent. Not an easy task. And because I know how hard it is, I really appreciate how amazing this shop is and how well they are doing. Great shop. It's small, but they have quite a good selection. We'll now be buying all of our dry goods there (pasta, grains, musli, nuts, etc.). The best part: they have freshly made, unverpackt tofu in their fridge on certain days! It's sooooo much better than the tofu in the supermarkets. Between this shop and the Saturday veggie/cheese market, we are able to buy nearly 100% of our weekly shopping without any packaging waste. It's one of the best things about...
