The most irresponsible institution I've ever seen. Officialy it's opened, but in reality it's closed. The doorbell does not operate and nobody openes the door. Operating of this place is fictional - we came from as far as Gdansk to visit and there were not able to do it. The board should change immediately or the institution itself should be dissolved.
