It has been a place for the convenience for the years I lived in Athens since it very close by. The beach is nothing special considering the water quality however it had a nice vibe and environment until this year. I think they are trying to prove a point on the term of “wasted resources”. The staff is available and wandering around, doing everything else but taking orders and bringing them. They are not attentive at all and you need get their attention by waving hands or multiple time shouting “excuse me,signomi, pardon etc etc” you can add your preferred wording to the list. It is just annoying. The top point was when i gave my phone to charge my battery. Literally went to the bar and i was referred to the kitchen, handed over my phone and charger already connected to the phone. One of the waiters took it and leaned from the bar inside. Any ways , i come back an hour later, i asked for my phone and the guy looks at me and says we forgot to put your phone into the plug! Like a joke! I literally gave a phone with charger already placed to the phone and they cannot manage to plug it to the socket! He doesn’t even say sorry, offers to plug it now. No accountability and zero curtesy. It shows the overall quality of the employees, the main problem is there is none to supervise them arround so they are walking around like wasted resources. Also other points waiting for eternity toorder,or receive it, excessive usage of plastic and paper.. Even though it was a convenient close destination for the weekend, prefer to drive away and get a...
Read moreIn general it could be a good place because the beach itself is great. But.
I booked a sun-bed online, came in at 13.00, and the stuff said that there’s no place despite I booked one. “How come?” I asked and was told that I was late. Late for what? Turns out you have to come before 11.00 - although on my online reservation there is said nothing about it. The stuff said to wait in the caffe area and that they’d approach me once something’s free. Ofc nobody approached me, and when a bed got free, I had to claim that it should be me who could take it. Odd system - if online booking not guarantees availability - why even to have online booking?
music is so loud - it is crazy. It is literally impossible to be in the area near speakers which is 75% of the space. If I did not have my airpods with noise cancellation - it would be not possible to stay there. I asked the stuff to take the volume down but ofc was ignored. I genuinely don’t understand who needs this high volume of music. It is not just unpleasant and causes headache - it is even dangerous! Even my watch warned me that I am in the area with extremely high volumes and that I should leave it. I don’t know why everybody is ok with it. It is beachclub, not night club.
The service at the beach is like I am asking for a favor all the time. Also 75% of signs to come over to take an order are...
To start off, there was a huge line, and was told to wait amongst others who did not have a booking, when we had booked for VIP, one week prior. When I finally get to the entrance and provide the table name, we are told that we cannot get in, as we don’t have any girls at our table. After informing the man that girls were on their way and would arrive in 5 minutes, we were told to leave the area. We were met with very passive aggressive and blatantly rude behavior. After the girls had arrived, we went back to wait in line, and then to finally speak with those at the entrance. They then informed us we did not have enough girls… We were a total of 7 males, and 3 females. If this would be such a dealbreaker, why not inform your customer beforehand?
Instead, the night is wasted, and we are left waiting a total of 2 hours outside the club, before leaving. I do not understand the lack of professionalism, especially when the customers have a booking for such an expensive table, ready to spend minimum €1,000 eur. Everyone was dressed appropriately, yet the workers there did not bother than giving us more than 10 seconds before telling us to leave, as there were others waiting in the line. I do not...
