Cheeky, just unbelievable, why would you think you could get away with that???!!! This guy uses my phone to show me a picture that is already online and then I see his 5 * review here under my name, entered "16 hours ago", exactly when he had my phone!! Well, now you get the full and real review. I guess he didnt expect this old guy to be an IT specialist!
This seemed to me as if he were trying to figure out how to kill 3.5hrs somehow. We have been quading for almost 40yrs, and this was the worst tour we have ever been on.
Where to begin, 80% is on normal paved roads, just be aware, if that is your idea of a "quad trip", fine. This guy is incredibly irresponsible!! On the one hand, he is saying strict road rules about not taking pictures etc and on the other had he DEMANDS everyone stay 2mtrs behind the next quad on the road. No, not the 2 second rule according to the law, TWO METERS!!! And, he will lecture and call those who dont adher to his rule, "holding up the others" and make them feel dumb. Not cool, not funny, very unprofessional. There were people in this group who had never been on a quad in their lives, this was obvious, and then driving 50km/hr down a paved road with 2mtrs distance to the guy in front, plain and simply SCAREY and stupid.
First stop is this old village where he talked for about an hour, mostly about fruits and trees. Well, 1 hour knocked off, check. Then we drove by some very nice views. Unfortunately we didn't stop. Very funny though, he drives and points off to the sides or up the mountains, etc. The problem is none of the drivers could look because they are so busy driving, pure stress!! He kept screaming "2 Meters, not 2 Km"!! Very stupid!
I guess this guy has never heard of Corona either. Always forcing everyone to form a circle and the "come closer, come closer" and if you don't he points you out and says "you, come closer". At the end of the tour he packs everyone (20 people) into his little office!!! Shoulder on shoulder, so irresponsible, Jesus! And then the pictures, he said they are free but only if you have a usb stick or memory card, no online download. Would have been good info BEFORE the trip.
I would be embarressed to have someone I know take this trip. Time for you to change some things and you definately need to quit with the fraudulant activities of giving yourself positive reviews!! An absolute NO-GO!! I would have to say arrogant doesn't quite sum up the personality.
Potential new customers, you have been warned! Btw, I just had to take a picture of everyone crammed...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience with this quad biking company, and I feel compelled to share my honest review. My friends and I encountered a series of issues that made our day far from enjoyable.
First and foremost, the treatment we received from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. They were not only rude but also resorted to derogatory language towards us, specifically targeting us as women. The owner's misogynistic behavior was deeply offensive, making derogatory claims about women's driving abilities and even physically grabbing my helmet to pull me closer, which is entirely inappropriate.
Moreover, the situation worsened when one of my friends had an accident during the activity. Shockingly, the company demanded money for the damaged bike, despite the fact that we were under the impression that the activity included insurance. This left us feeling unfairly taken advantage of and deeply frustrated.
Adding to our concerns, the company lacked a basic first aid kit, which is a fundamental safety requirement for any outdoor adventure activity. Instead of providing the necessary care, they threatened to involve the police simply because we expressed our inability to pay the unexpected additional charges.
The condition of the equipment was also subpar. The helmets provided were dirty, which is not only unhygienic but also unsafe. The quad bikes themselves appeared to be poorly maintained, raising concerns about our safety during the ride.
To make matters worse, they refused my friend the opportunity to drive, even though both of us had paid for the experience. This arbitrary decision showed a lack of fairness and professionalism on their part.
Additionally, the owner's reaction when we were riding cautiously due to the challenging route was highly inconsiderate. Instead of ensuring our safety and understanding our concerns, he became upset, further demonstrating a lack of empathy and professionalism.
In conclusion, our experience with this quad biking company was marred by their rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. I strongly discourage anyone from engaging with this company due to their lack of regard for customer safety and their offensive treatment...
Read moreExecutive Summary: Nice tour with harsh guys who don’t care - except for money.
Highlights: In general a nice tour, especially for quad newbies like me (decent hights, grounds, etc). There is also a little stop with a tour in an ancient village, which is a nice add-on.
Lowlights: The guides are very direct and seemingly militarian-inspired instructors, forcing you to exactly follow their instructions - which makes sense in the first place, however my quad was damaged right from the start (low battery) and they knew (!) but still let me drive it, wondering why it went off everytime I needed to stop. Finally, it got repaired nearly 20 min before the end of the tour, causing a lot of stress 90% of the time. money money money - we stopped at a cooperating bar and in the end, had the chance to buy the pictures / videos taken during the tour for an additional 20€ (base price 75€ per Quad) - unless we brought a usb stick or sd card with us - which ofc no one did. In 2021, I‘d expect something more appropariate, like a Dropbox or onedrive folder to download them for free and rather get a good review. Apparently, this business model doesn’t seem too pleasing.
Recommendation: If you don‘t care about harsh instructions nor to have fun but drive a quad and don’t want to keep pics/vids anyways, it’s a really great tour, especially for beginners - you should go for it! Yet, don’t expect much support, friendliness (except from the really kind German Lady at the reception, who speaks 4 languages fluently and seems a bit...
