I recently visited sapphire toy store which had a wide range of products, including board games, balls, soft toys, RC cars, kid products, and scooters. Overall, I was impressed by the selection and quality of items available.
One of the standout features of this store was its selection of board games. There were many different options to choose from, ranging from classic games like Monopoly and Scrabble to newer favorites like Settlers of Catan and Ticket to Ride. The staff were also knowledgeable about the games and happy to help recommend options based on my preferences.
In addition to board games, the store also had a great selection of balls, including basketballs, soccer balls, and playground balls. There were also several soft toys available, including stuffed animals and plushies of popular characters.
For those interested in remote control toys, the store had a variety of RC cars and other vehicles available, ranging from entry-level options to more advanced models. There were also plenty of kid-friendly products, including building sets, activity books, and craft kits.
Finally, the store also had a range of scooters available, including models suitable for both kids and adults. There were options in a range of colors and styles, and the staff were happy to help with sizing and other questions.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this toy store to anyone looking for a variety of high-quality toys and games. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection was impressive. Whether you're looking for a board game to play with friends, a soft toy for a child, or an RC car for some high-speed fun, this store has something...
Read moreThe worst customer experience in the world. They sold me and my wife the most expensive doll house on the floor- recommended by 3 associates no less... There was no specific descriptions of parts and what they are made of on the box.. And this is where we wrongly trusted the store. on opening- we realized the dollhouse was simply a plastic she'll, had cheap cardboard walls, and floors, with cheap plastic furniture pieces that were actually broken. We called them within an hour, and took it back the next day. I faced the rudest behavior I have ever seen from the sales staff. Pure lalagiri. The store manager- a mr Shammi, actually told us his job was not to help customers, but sell any product. Manufacturer se aaya hai..bechna hai... Also that oh! All doll houses have cardboard walls.. We just don't know J I told him to please look at the other doll houses on the floor know he was BSing This was the behavior of the store manager and all I can say is that they've lost 2 valuable customers I literally walked out of the store and left my refund just because of how rude the store manager was Im going to stick to amazon where I can trust reviews and know I can return items if they are...
Read moreApart from the visible location for a dedicated toy store, I have been very disappointed by this store and especially their staff most of the times.
They have a lot of toys, but don't have the unique and innovative toys one would expect in a dedicated toy store.
Also, most of the toys feel overpriced, especially given the callous attitude of the staff. No one asks if they can help or what we are looking for. They just stand around or do their work as if they are at their homes. Once I even saw a staff member sitting down and relaxing on the mezzanine floor. Very unprofessional to say the least.
I was still putting up with these, because my son loves to go and see all the toys. But not after today, when they refused to help me with a gift wrapping despite being a repeat customer, or even give me some adhesive tape when I was willing to buy the 10 rupee per sheet gift wrapping paper.
So much so that I left a toy that I had already paid for. Hopefully the management can use this charity money to hire more sensible and sensitive staff.
I'll teach my son also to look for who he buys toys from, and spend his money with people who treat customers like human beings and not...
