Terrible customer service. The women kept trying to push the work of helping us onto each other even saying out loud that they need to leave now. None of the items I showed them from their website were there. I asked them 4 times to call their branch in forum mall and check if the items are available and they said they are not allowed to do that. I ended up having to buy something I am unsatisfied with out of necessity. I visited the forum branch and they had everything there and I was baffled because nothing about the exchange policy was mentioned to me especially where something i boughr for discount the previous day could not be exchanged. Worst worst service and sales people. I bought one chain with a locket, and I used it exactly three times for some functions (around 4 or 5 hours of usage each time during the function). Soon after reaching home, I used to remove it and keep it carefully in its container. But it became dark in colour within no time! and can't use it now. I went to Kushal's shop with it, and they told me they don't have any guarantee as it's an imported item! Never buy anything from them. Cheaters !!
