Regal Jewellers Cochin — Attraction in Edapally

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISE BY THE MANAGEMENT. SCAM. Me and my family had very Bad experience with Regal and won't recommend anyone to go there. So we had deposited some advance amount and they told that they always have good collection so we can walk in anytime. So we went to the store and they didn't have any collection, after that they showed us the other gold's that was already booked by other customers and promised us that they can get those collection in two days. We selected some jwellery and asked them to keep aside since we have paid advance.Manager MIRSHAD promised me that he will send me update with the new collection and he collected my WhatsApp information, but he never gave me any updates even after the promised date , my family went there to see the collection since it was the last day for the booking and to purchase the jwellery that we selected. When they asked for those selected jwellery their response was shocking that they said they didn't hold those selected jwellery and when we asked them to give back the advance money they mentioned that they cant give it back. I had a very wholesome experience at Regal Jewellers yesterday. As soon as I walked in Pooja greeted me with her warm smile and pleasantry, then guided me to the section I wanted to make purchases. Lijin joined us giving me the right prices for each item I was looking at. He was quick and precise. His expertise was very much evident. Pooja and Lijin provided excellent customer service and attention to details. Thankfully the was just getting crowded. So I had chose my time to visit wisely. I received great value for my exchange. It was done very professionally. They had a variety of collections to choose from, and I found all the pieces fitting my style and budget. Later their Manager Rahul explained to me the exchange value and listed each sale and purchase item with care and meticulous precision. They demonstrated great team work and exceptional customer service, and I am a 100% satisfied customer.. KK’s videos and guidance from Lakshmi and Remya via WhatsApp were helpful too…..
