Went to return a defective bedspread had paid approx 3000. Was told no refund no credit note. So from a limited selection we chose a bedspread costing 2190. Post which the salesman insisted we buy something else to cover the balance 800. We couldn't find anything. So insisting on meeting the manager. After explaining the issue to someone, he agreed to give a credit note for the balance 800. (Which was denied in the first instance). After a 15minute wait we were told that the price was 2600. And instead of 800 we would get only 400 credit. I showed them the price tag which clearly read 2190, they said that it was an old price tag. Finally after lenthy arguments and a long wait we got a credit note for less than 800. Such nonsense, is Fab India trying to cheat it's customers so openly. It's a shame, especially for a overpriced chain to have such unprofessional approach to your customers. To begin with your website says, refund will be given. Why were we refused? I am not sure if the management even knows what's happening at the shop...
