Nykaa (Back Office) — Attraction in Mumbai

I have faced a lot of issues with operations and logistics team since the last 2 weeks.

I have made an order for rs.31355 which was cancelled because your confirmation team calls hours after I have made the order and I missed the call. Additionally, the call comes from spam numbers.

Once this was cancelled, I made another order for rs. 29254. This was also again cancelled even though I sent a confirmation email and raised a ticket. I asked Raju to sort this out for me, but he said he was unable to reorder it and I would need to got through the entire ordering process again. I pleaded him for an hour because I just didn't want to reselect things and waste time. He just kept saying he will check and get back to me but never did.

Then I reorder for rs. 35842 and call Raju back informing him of the same. He said he would look into this personally and we are done for the day.

The very next morning I get the parcels for the order of rs.29254. I have paid for part of the parcel (rs.8603) until I realised this is the cancelled one. I have asked Raju to get a pick up done for the same. He obviously lied and did not get it done.

Then on Sunday I recheck my order status and again my last order is cancelled even though I went through the confirmation call.

By this time I have ordered similar products 3 times and it has been cancencelled. I understand that nykaa has grown a lot but if it does not value me being a customer and placing big orders, I will not use it.

Ultimately Vineet did come through and I have received the first part of my order for rs. 13250. In that order I have only received half the invoice. The total of my products worth does not match the total mentioned on the invoice.

This has now become a joke because I literally spend my days waiting for nykaa to call to spoil my day. I had ordered this for a friend to gift her products for her birthday. It's already been delayed by 2 weeks.

In addition to this, my previous experiences where I ordered a dove body wash and a boutique shampoo came leaking.

Clearly my experience has been overall absolutely awful and I would seriously say that you need to work better around your logistics and operations teams because customers like me can come back 3 times but after that they will stop using you and you will fade away like many start ups.

I really hope you take this matter up with your people and as a human start valuing people who are your customer. The women in your call centres simply hang up the call if it's too much of an inconvenience for them to sort stuff out. The frustration levels I have faced with using nykaa has been an extreme. They are supposed to have made life easier but nykaa has continuously...

i dont know about tI received an unexpected message on WhatsApp from a business account claiming to be from “Nykaa Fashion.” However, I have never visited their website, never installed their app, and never placed any order. Despite that, the message mentioned that an order was delivered to me and even included my full name — which is very concerning because I have never shared my details with them.

This raises serious concerns about data privacy, misuse of personal information, and potential scam activity. Additionally, the address mentioned in their WhatsApp Business profile (104, Vasan Udyog Bhavan, Sun Mill Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400013, India) is being associated with this suspicious message, which is why I am giving this business only 1 star.

I strongly request an investigation into how my personal number and details were obtained and why I received such a misleading message. If this is not an official account, it could be a fraudulent attempt using Nykaa’s name. If it is official, the company must urgently review its data handling...

Nykaa is the best place to shop authentic products. I've completely shifted to Nykaa for all my beauty shopping. They take care of their customers. If you receive any faulty products or so you can raise a complaint and they will get back to you. You will find all drugstore as well as high-ends products. They are also getting few international brand on their site which you wont find at many places. So no more struggle. Thanks Nykaa for making my life...
