Untumble - Theme Party Supplies — Attraction in West Zone

Never go here if you want your event to be unique and creative. Here they have predefined ideas, and they try to satisfy you with what they have.... Very poor customer satisfaction... for eg. the birthday hat they gave for my son's birthday is nothing but a foam sheet cone and the birthday sash is too ridiculous, a printed paper cello-taped to a ribbon. if u want the usual cartoon themes and if you don't have time to plan the event, u can give it a try... But if you have a lot of plans, don't ever think of untumble better do it yourself, they will spoil all your expectations and they will cost you for nothing.. wasted...

Yesterday was a big day for us, After 11 long Years a New Born was stepping into our home. So we needed to make this occasion Memorable for us, the New born and the New Mom too. The hunch was to keep it simple, as it was just our family and my in law's family.

We approached Untumble and the rest was history. They had a site inspection last week and last couple of days they had given us a draft of the design.

My Family just Loved it. Mostly It was down to me to impress my Wife. Done Deal 😁.

Entered the store with happiness, to see good stuffs though they were highly prised than the market rate. But was mistaken "PATHETIC" at customer service. People at reception don't even know how to wrap a gift, forget that when asked to help us with the items which says available on their website, we were answered as it's not available.

Cherry on cake experience was when the owner doesn't even acknowledge the buyers questions and escaped into her storeroom 😂the receptionist was just dropping in pen stands, party hats etc along with gift wrapping sheet folded😟. Never ever to...
