We have visited this hotel yesterday for a Team Dinner Buffet

Simply worst experience😑

Regarding food, the quality is worst, it seemed to cooked long time before, and served very cold.

Mostly the items in the list are chicken, fish - tikka and tandoori.Masala over pieces are somewhat raw and not even cooked well.

Only 2 or 3 items served hot and but thats taste is also not good.

Last but not least, they have listed gulab jamun with ice cream in their list but served only ice cream for half of my team without gulab jamun. That served gulab jamun also not well cooked🫢

As result, stomach got upset for 2,3 members.

Regarding service, i want to give 1 star, but 2 persons who served the food did their level best so i giving 2. Other than that, the service by the hotel management is worst, their way of response were terrible.

Time to prepare each food takes a decade🐢 eg. gravy comes first and after 10-15 mins naan comes🫡. Vegetarian members waited more than 25-30 mins to get their each dish, even for veg rice.

If they cant handle big crowd (30-35), they should have informed us before. Now its been a terrible experience for both customers and the restaurant (for getting these kind of reviews)

Restaurant needs to improve their quality of food...

The name says chettinad, but nothing related to chettinad was there, they had provided a pure veg person butter chicken, we had visited for a team dinner, but on the level of food, it was the worst, Everything, literally every single thing provided was cold, the varieties weren't enough, they had provided small servings to a large number of people. In the name of biriyani, the stuff provided was pretty cold, they call it biriyani though, the place I come from it's called "kushka", what they served didn't have even the "kus" from kushka, Overall it was a bad experience, time wasted, money wasted, All they have done is stick positive reviews on to a wall for fooling people. They had gulab jamun for only half the people that came that day, and they did something even crazier, who provides gulabjamun in same bowl along with icecream, They mentioned parrota, some Karaikudi chicken, and 3 varieties of icecream, they should have planned for atleast the icecream, something that you don't cook at all, they failed at that Guys, if you want to go as a group and have fun, this isn't the place. Don't let the lighting and the blue mojito fool you. That's actually blue sprite. To sum it up, It's just cold chicken and...

I totally worried about chosen this restaurant for my team dinner.

We tried dining here with team of 34 members. We totally disappointed on service and food quality…

Restaurant charged Rs.600 per pax…

Food – all foods were very worst in quality as below; every items served directly from refrigerator.

Soup – Average only Starters – Everything in the plate was in cold condition, not even in low heat and can’t feel it was prepared on same day. Biriyani – very very worst in quality, but we can surely say it was not prepared freshly. Other main course – Not prepared with proper ingredients. Served as just like that.

Service – no proper response from restaurant team. They cannot able to provide food properly. Only 2 staffs are there to serve food. We totally disappointed in this also.

Desserts – they bought from outside shop.
