GO! Massage Batam — Attraction in Batam City

Had the worst experience ever because of the therapist. I'm a person who relatively gets a massage. I live in Jakarta and at the time I was doing a transit in Batam, so my driver recommended me this place to get a massage while waiting for my flight. Basically, at my usual place they offer me to take a shower after doing a massage, so because I had to go to the airport, I felt the need to take a shower - like, should I go to the airport oily? But the therapists there talked bad about me for taking only a one-hour massage and requesting to take a shower. The therapist ended the massage after only 40 minutes and they did the massage improperly. They said they're doing it because they also counted my time for taking a shower and the time they need to prepare the sheets for the next person (but actually what they should do after me is not my responsibility, like why should you cut my time for doing your job?? I pay for 60 minutes). The whole place looks new and clean until I saw the staff did not collect all the used towels (to cover the sofa, to cover customers’ legs and feet) during foot reflexology and just folded them back and made them look new again.

On the instagram, it’s saying promotion but when asked, there’s hidden terms and conditions so what they post is rather misleading.

Also, I booked 90mins of foot reflexology, they considered the part where washing feet as 5 mins. Massage started at 4.20pm, ended 5.45pm. Staff was out halfway cos there’s aircon leakage, i didn’t probe for the 2-3 mins. But staff went away to wash hands for a good 5 mins and came back as if nothing happens. Didn’t want to say much as I’ve decided not to return. Just dislike the dishonesty and lack of hygiene. Staffs were chatting away to discuss a problem with other customers. The worst massage I’ve ever experienced. Our 1h massage costs 240000 rupiahs (not listed on price list). 1.5h massage costs 280000 rupiahs (listed on price list). We are more than willing to pay for the 1h massage as long as it is good. There were 3 of us (my friend, my husband and myself). My masseur touched me superficially even though I asked her to be a little harder. As for my friend, her masseur only massaged one of her leg. Our 1h session ended up to be only 45 min (my husband is a good time keeper). During the massage, I overheard an auntie commenting to her friends that their 2h massage seemed so short and the masseur didn’t massage her tummy. I believed they might have been shortchanged of their time too! The whole massage experience was unpleasant and a waste of my time. Visit at your own risk! (They refunded us 48000 rupiah per person after we complained (20% of what we had paid)). In my opinion, this place is not honest and I will not waste my time on an unsatisfactory massage irregardless...
