TBS Group — Attraction in Batam City

Nagoya Hills is probably the best known and most popular shopping mall in Batam. This is probably due to the fact that it is located right in the heart of Nagoya.

With 4 floors including the basement there's a wide range of products on offer.

There's a large Matahari department store covering several floors with a vast array of clothes, footware & cosmetics.

The basement area has a large amount of electronic outlets focussing on mobile phones, cameras, TV's e.t.c. There is also a large Hypermart department store.

The first floor is well known for the sheer number of food outlets. This area is known as food street and offers Western, Chinese and many different types of Indonesian foods. If you're not sure what to eat then this is the place to go for the amazing variety.

There's a large Ace Hardware store for anything to do with building and interior decoration.

Best shopping experience in town. We spent 2 days shopping around this mall. The mall is mega big and thousands of shops inside. It's 4 storie building always packed with shoppers. One hyper mart, many retails phones and accessories shops are at basement. Clothes, shoes and bags, electronic mart, spectacular shops, sportswear, watches, cosmetics stories are at Level 1 and 2. Level 3 has mostly restaurants and foodstalls. We spent the whole afternoon on shopping and eating for both days. We really did enjoy. Big shopping area. Lots of different stuffs and food places to try. There is an arcade area on the top most floor as well as a mini play area at the basement near their local hyper-mart. The hyper-mart also has an eatery that you can get local delights. This place was supposed to be called a hippies shopping area but I don't see many big brand names as well as very trendy clothing merchandise.
