Sephora — Attraction in Jakarta

Visited this Sephora once. I was looking for nail polishes, so I tried on their nail polishes (of course the tester ones). Then, the staff approached me and said, "If you try them on more than 5 fingers, you have to buy the nail polish." What kind of SOP is this? Is this even in every Sephora Indonesia store's rules? I wasn't even trying one shade only on my nails. I was trying on like, 4 or 5 colors! It's not like there's a free nail polish and I took advantage to apply the polish on all of my nails! And they follow you around and watch whatever you do...

It seems like they either sell counterfeits here, or there are no proper storage and transportation conditions followed. I’ve bought many products here, which I now regret. The Givenchy mascara leaves dark circles under my eyes within an hour of application. I’ve never had this happen, not even with the cheapest mascara I used back in school. The Make up Forever foundation, which I’ve been using for years, turned out to be very thin and doesn't cover redness at all. This is simply impossible. Another foundation from the same company works...

i asked their SA whether they had ysl in there or not. she was so rude didnt even look me in the eye talked like i wasnt a customer. then i went to the dior section n i asked to the same SA about the cushion refill but she was again super duper rude didnt even look at me talked super judes like i was just waisting her time. mind you i was nice n polite to her she just has 0 manners as SA. i ended up dragging my sis out of the store n went to dior straight away. i used to shop here a lot bcs the SA was kind n helpful but not...
