Zenbu - Central Park Mall — Restaurant in Jakarta

This place is perfect for someone that want to have japanese dish. They also provides excellent services. However the place is very crowded the moment i had dinner in this places. As for the atmospher this places is kinda have a rush feeling. So i ordered three things, 1 salmon mentaiko don, 1 mango peach tea, and salmon skin makimono.

Salmon mentaiko don: it taste perfect, also they provide a well done cooked salmon if you dont like the half cooked salmon, the rice taste good and fluffier, the mentai also taste authentic, its recommended for someone that craving for mentai. Salmon skin makimono: the taste itself isnt bad, however since its fried salmon skin, i get a crispy feeling when took a bite on it, which i really dont like for a sushi, but it did taste delicious Mango Peach Tea: this beverages definitely my favourite, it has the mango taste but doesn't leave the peach tea taste, its perfectly balanced.

We used to go to Zenbu a lot at Kokas after our Sunday church service, we loved it.

This is our 1st time eating at Zenbu CP.

I ordered hamburg omurice, husband ordered beef omurice, mum ordered chicken teppanyaki. We also ordered fried salmon skin and adegashi (is this how it is spelled?) tofu to share.

1st of all, my hamburg was dry :") and kinda thin. And i noticed my husband beef katsu was also dry. Not sure if the beef was not fresh? Kinda hard and no juice at all. The curry was SALTY. And the omurice is already flavorful. So if you eat the curry and the omurice together, they end up being TOO SALTY.

My mum also said her teppanyaki was too salty as well. The tofu was dipped in soy sauce and it was SO SALTY as well :").
