A unique training studio for both personal and small group training. Steffan Fusco, the founder is one of the top personal trainers in Ireland. Training a lot of the celebrities and models. ALL the trainers are just as amazing, taught by Steffan’s unique method. I especially love how friendly and committed the trainers are to my growth. The studio is also very central and can walk into town after 🙌 Highly recommend!

Encountered two of the best trainers I have experienced at SF1 so much so they each deserve their own special shout out:

JOSH:

I have the ongoing pleasure of training with Josh, and let me just say: he’s a total blockbuster hit in the gym. Not only does he come up with new ways to enhance your workout (or potential torture depending on your point of view), but he also keeps you thoroughly entertained with his spot-on impressions and behind-the-scenes tidbits from his alter ego, professional actor Josh. His TV and film knowledge is only surpassed by his understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and fitness principles. Every session felt like a well-scripted action flick, he’ll have you sprinting to the weights faster than you can say “Lights, camera, action!” He is genuinely invested in his clients progress, celebrating each milestone like a major plot twist. It’s clear that his passion for both fitness and film really makes for an award-winning combination. If you want to give your fitness routine a big Hollywood ending, look no further—this trainer will leave you feeling stronger, happier, and ready to roll the credits on any excuses.

DANI:

I have never met a personal trainer with more energy under their belt than Dani —this powerhouse operates at breathtaking speed, much like a Duracell bunny that just refuses to wind down. Every session feels like being plugged into an endless stream of enthusiasm, ready to shock your system into shape with a smile. Now, I have to be honest: each session is a bit of a whirlwind, but trust me, it’s the kind of light, crispy whirlwind that keeps workouts (and the conversations accompanying them) fun and unpredictable. Whether you are jumping from one exercise circuit (or conversation topic) to another with barely a pause or she is spontaneously inventing new exercises in the blink of an eye, you’ll find yourself on your toes—literally and figuratively. In the end, this dynamic trainer delivers a charged-up experience that will leave you feeling stronger, more motivated, and positively buzzing for your...

For the past three years, I've had the privilege of training at SF1 on Baggot Street with Steffan Fusco. Steffan isn’t just a personal trainer; he's a true expert in guiding transformation, blending his extensive knowledge and motivational skills to support his clients' fitness goals.

Steffan excels in creating tailored, challenging yet achievable workouts, fostering steady improvement and variety. His holistic approach extends beyond physical training to encompass overall well-being, underpinned by his deep understanding of fitness and nutrition.

The atmosphere at SF1 is both welcoming and professional. The studio is well-maintained, fostering a productive environment for training. Steffan's commitment and professionalism shine through in every session, making him more than a trainer

In conclusion, Steffan Fusco at SF1 on Baggot Street offers a transformative personal training experience. His expertise, combined with SF1's excellent facilities, creates an unbeatable combination for anyone serious...

I’ve been going to gyms on and off for the last few years but never found consistency. That was until I started training with Josh from SF1. I came across Josh through his fitness page on instagram called wintersfitness. After training with Josh he made be fall in love with the gym again! His passion and knowledge really makes you feel motivated and excited to get to the next session. He gave me a diet plan that didn’t involve giving everything I like up but more about working around certain foods and drinks. He has a solid idea on how I work in the gym and has tailored a plan to get me looking how I want to look. I have always found the gym to be quite intimidating but because the gym is quieter I feel more comfortable especially because Josh leaves his ego at the door and is training along side me pushing me! Can’t...
