Burger King Baggot Street — Restaurant in Dublin

The lady at the cashier was rude. As a foreigner I tried to order a burger in a meal & she asked me if I wanted some sauce. I totally understood salt because of the accent... so I said no thanks. When my food was ready I sat down & saw people getting these little ketchups & I thought I'd need that for my french fries too! I walked back to the same lady asked her nicely if she could give me 2 of those ketchups, please & she was annoyed & threw 1 on my plate saying I asked if u want some, didn't I, huh? I said yeah sorry Madam, I understood "salt" I'm not familiar with the accent sorry. And she went on well, "it's a Burger King it's like that everywhere". I'm telling her here NO, IT'S NOT LIKE THAT EVERYWHERE. In my country extra added salt is common since the amount of salt had to be reduced for health reasons & sauces are available in tiny boxes for 50 cents. RACIST.

We arrived at the place talking in Spanish. The worker ( a woman with blond hair) was in the cashier without helping us or giving us welcome ( we were alone at that moment). We tried to talk with her but she was just on her things. When we introduced ourselves showing the app with a code for buying a menu. She told us it was not Irish. I told her okay, please help me to download the Irish app. And she told me she was not going to help us downloading it. Just saying Irish app and that she was not going to help us. One of us told her if she had a QR code or something similar and she was rude without helping us ( we had a code in our back ) but she didn't help.

After this experience we feel very frustrated because she first doesn't help us and only know to say Irish only Irish and I'm not going to help.

We obviously leave the place without buying anything. FRUSTRATED AND BAD...

On Monday night I arrived here a few minutes past 11. The door was locked as I’d just missed the closing time. The manager Anton then saw me outside and explained that it was to late. He then saw how disappointed I was and decided to let me in. At this stage the grills were off and it was only what was left but he still did everything in his power to make sure I got a good meal. I’ve never met a nicer manager at any fast food place in my life. What an absolute gentleman. Ive been coming to this Burger King for about 4 years now as I’m local and never saw it as anything more than your average spot. But since Monday my whole view has changed of this place !!
