Like I'm usually never bothered to write a review but the girl with the longer hair that's working there now really needs to be told to grow some customer service. I got a takeaway burger and I ordered it at the entrance how I had a dog and was i wouldnt say recommended to order over the phone in the future more given out to that way. Fair probably would make more sanse but i just walked by and wanted a bunsen im not gonna call the restaurant standing infront of it. I was standing in front the whole time and I saw ppl go in and out and after 25 min went to ask for it, didn't even say a word she went full rude give me a minute ill check it and she brought out the burger. 1st I work in restaurants for almost 9 years and im 100% certain that burger was sitting there over 10 min I had better and quicker burgers brought from bunsen over delivery. 2nd place wasn't busy not a single delivery driver and the place is tiny was maybe half full. 3rd she looked at me probably 5 times didn't even bother to check for the burger and was minding her business. Sweeping the floor and walking around, fair that's her job as well but come on 25 min for a burger and then give me a soggy cold burger and not even bother to give a napkin, maybe next time throw it on the floor because I'm sure she would. Bunsen burger are great...

What was supposed to be easy family Sunday dinner turned out a disaster. It was freezing cold in the place, waiting for order for 40+ minutes, despite quite empty place was about 3-4 tables occupied and two tables who arrived sometime after us was served with food first. As the food finally arrived (looks like they have forgotten about our order and only when we started to get anxious we were noticed ) there was no apologies from staff and the order was wrong. Everything went wrong with that place that night. It was our first and last time there (Worth mentioning the couple's order who sat next to us was...

Bunsen is a neat little place with cozy atmosphere and old music playing on the speakers. The menu is simple, you can choose between a ham- or cheeseburger, either single or double size. With three types of fries on the side. That’s it.

Food is served on a metal tray and supposed to be eaten by hand. All guests receive a complimentary jug of water for free along with ketchup and mustard with mayonnaise available if asked.

The staff is pleasant to interact with and very hospitable.

Overall it’s a great spot but I’d skip Bunsen if I was in a hurry. It takes around 20-30 minutes to...

There’s something about Bunsen’s burgers that is so additive. Their entire menu can be fitted in a small card but everything is so perfect. The burgers are perfect, the fries are perfect and the milkshakes are perfect. I fell in love with eating here since I try it the first time. No burger place in Ireland or UK can beat them in my opinion. One thing to be aware though, because their patty is so juicy, you may end up with a messy shirt or trousers if you are not skilful enough to eat it. But don’t worry, each table is equipped with a big pile of tissues, they got you covered.

Burgers here are a cut above others in the Dublin area. The patties can be cooked to medium in the middle so there is actual flavour that you can expect, and that type of consideration is what makes for a good burger. There was one issue that stops me short of 5 stars and that is that my one on this particular occasion was wet - some drippage is ok but my hand was drenched from holding the burger and the bottom bun was soggy a few bites into the burger. If they can prevent that technical issue in future the flavour and the rest of the burger is already 100% there.
