Not top notch Cinema. The elevator sign says that the parking for those buying tickets in the Cinema is free for 3 hours. It didn't say anything about stamping the tickets at the ticket booth and present them in the way out. The guy who was sitting in the ticket booth was the rudest person I've ever met in my life! Every store was closed, except the Cinema. We told him that we just saw a movie and that the sign said we get free parking. But he just said that we needed to pay and slammed the phone. We called several times and he wouldn't pick up the phone. And when he finally did and we explained that we were in the Cinema, but threw the tickets away since the sign didn't say to keep and stamp tickets. Even after this he just sneered and said, "pay up, and that's it". Worst experience ever! Cheeky ticket manager! Wouldn't recommend to park there. Neither is the mall any good. Stay away! If you're going to see a movie, it's advisable to book on the website in advance and use the self-service ticket machines to print your tickets when you get there. They are a bit confusing to use, but it's better than waiting in long lines. The stores are open and all of the eateries advertise on premises quite heavily. Popcorn and other snacks at the cinema are back to their ridiculous pricing, so movie goers should budget that in. On a Thursday evening, Cinema City was quite a popular destination, especially for the youth.
