The screen was high but the chairs were comfy. Surround system was good too. The worst thing about the cinema itself is the Artwork they have on the sides of the movie screen, they reflect the light which is disturbing alot. Also the employees keep entering the cinema with a flashlight to sign something on a door. The sweets and drinks there are maybe better than the competitors. There are also great restaurants in the same building which is great. The toilets are clean and the cinema staff are friendly. Another issue is that the movies time displayed by Google search doesn't match their website. So we had to wait another 45 minutes. There is 1 hour difference between them so you have to always double check from the official website.

What a treat! Fantastic parking below with easy access to the elevators! Fabulous facility and how great the movies were in English for English speakers! Lots of food available for every budget while you wait for your movie time. Discount coupons offered for popcorn for your movie and another coupon for discounted ice cream for after the movie! Wow! Assigned seating in a movie that was not sold out at all seemed silly. The large Star Wars statues are awesome for photos and fun but they really need dusting badly!! Please clean off the dust! Loved the fountain and the space for walking around! I will be back!

the wafflebfactory was so full and crowded needed to wait about half an hour. what makes the case bitter is that we craved sugar more than two and waited so pationatly to have the chance to finally make it to Jerusalem. the rare were so dissapointig, shame on the picture they uploaded on Instagram. the first bite of the chocolate was enough to make me decide to never come again to such place!! I felt that they dissolve he chocolate spread with water. a lot of water.... I just can't describe my disappointment .

It's alright. Very slow system. Takes a while till you can get a ticket then you have to wait on a long line to get in. Oh and once you're inside you gotta wait another half hour of advertisements till the movie starts. But to be honest there are some good selections of movies to choose from. Also very nice setup. Cool movie character statues around the place. But anyways a Ben Torah shouldn't be going to movies (I didn't go, my friend did).

Cinema City in Jerusalem, Israel is a great place for family fun. There is a large movie theatre, one of the only cinemas in Jerusalem, where families can unite to view the latest movies out in Israel. We were there on Hanukkah which was an extra special time. The mall erected an indoor play area especially for kids to join in the Hanukkah festivities. They even had live music at a DJ to add to the wonderful spirit! It was truly amazing!

Ils n'ont pas lésiné les moyens sur la déco, c'est assez bluffant pour un cinéma à Jérusalem. Ils passent de temps en temps des films en français, mieux vaut vérifier avant et réserver le cas échéant histoire de s'assurer d'avoir une bonne place, les prix sont raisonnables. Il y a aussi un centre commercial assez sympathique à l'intérieur. Au final une bonne expérience!
