Atalanta Store — Attraction in Bergamo

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought 100 eur worth of stuff at this store yesterday and the jersey for my child had a rip in the neckline and I asked to switch it out for another one not even 24 hours after, I brought the wrong tag for one of the other shirts i bought and now they say they can’t make any change because it’s their policy to have the tag… if you see the receipt and you see it’s still brand new.. you can’t switch it for the tag of the other shirt I’m changing it for? Da tifoso Atalantino mi spiace mettere una stella, ma è un negozio abbastanza ridicolo, praticamente ho acquistato una maglia dal sito online e avrei voluto stampare nome e numero andando di persona in negozio. Bene i due negozi non sono collegati tra di loro, sono due enti diversi (assurdo nel 2025) quindi il negozio ha deciso di deludere un bambino di 9 anni dicendomi che loro non stampavano su magliette prese online, originali e sempre da Atalanta store, inventando una serie di scuse molto molto ridicole. Speriamo che con il cambio di sponsor tecnico cambino anche molte teste, perché così è veramente una vergogna.

Ed eccomi qua, un'altra volta a recensire questo posto che non voglio nemmeno chiamare store. Postaccio altro che store. Mi sono recato (previa telefonata) in negozio per personalizzare la maglietta Champions presa mesi fa su sito JOMA, quindi originale al 200000%. Arrivato in negozio, alla domanda di personalizzare la maglia (avrei voluto quella di Rafa Toloi visto che era l'ultimo anno), mi è stato risposto in ordine:

Non personalizziamo magliette prese da altri siti, non ha gli sponsor e non possiamo procedere. 🤣🤣

Dopodiché chiedendo alla ragazza che mi aveva risposto al telefono, ha millantato che la maglietta non fosse dello stesso tessuto e non originale Z quando in realtà come scritto sopra, è stata acquistata diretta da JOMA!!!

VERAMENTE RIDICOLI. Seguo la Dea dal 1996, ho tantissime magliette (visto che le colleziono) ma da oggi da loro non comprerò più niente. VERGOGNATEVI. E da oggi inizierò una campagna di non sponsorizzazione ma di boicottaggio, passando la voce a molti amici e conoscenti, così che anche loro possano smetterla di comprare da un "negozio" così ridicolo con un'assistenza al cliente ancora più ridicola. VERGOGNA. L'ATALANTA...

Very good fan-store! Visit the store with the goal of catching a nice Atalanta jersey. The store is very bright and opened designed. Many different things to find (Milan and Inter-Store in Milano, you can learn from Atalanta ;-) ) The staff was very kind and helpful!
