I used to shop at this store in 2019 and early 2020 and had an acceptable experience at that time. However, on August 9th 2025 around 2 p.m., I experienced one of the most upsetting incidents I’ve ever had as a customer.

When I entered the store with my fiancé, the alarm at the entrance went off. A saleswoman gestured for me to proceed as normal, but immediately afterward a security guard came over and demanded to check my bag. Since I was still at the entrance and did not feel comfortable with this request, I decided to leave. At that point, the guard became aggressive, raised his voice, and used extremely offensive language (explicity f off) toward me in front of other customers. I left the store in tears and went directly to the police to file a report.

I find this behavior unacceptable from both the security staff and the store employees, who made no attempt to handle the situation professionally. I strongly advise caution when visiting this location. For a more respectful shopping experience, I personally recommend alternatives such as Pinalli, Douglas, or Kiko.

Mi reco oggi verso il vostro punto vendita, cosa che faccio da anni sia qui che nella sede a Curno, mi sono sempre trovata bene finché oggi entro e chiedo gentilmente la shade di un rossetto che non trovavo ad una commessa di mezza età dai capelli bianchi, gentilmente me la porge e si affianca a me e ad una mia amica, come in segno di controllo, assolutamente plausibile, la cosa non mi è andata più bene nel momento in cui le chiedo un profumo, mi fa scendere nel piano inferiore e comincia ad inseguirci in maniera davvero sgarabata , fissandoci in malo modo, detto questo io non so che genere di clientela abbiate abitualmente, ma inseguire così una cliente, facendo intuire la paura di un possibile furto da parte di questa sinceramente non mi va bene, anche se una cliente entra con i migliori propositi di spendere, sentirsi trattata così, da ladra in azione sinceramente fa passare la voglia, se ha questa remora può benissimo servire le clienti offrendo assistenza piuttosto che fare questi inseguimenti tra i diversi angoli del negozio e ripeto essere trattate così non esiste. La signora in questione dovrebbe rivedere in primis li approcci di vendita e la selezione delle persone che entrano, perché essere scambiate per gentaglia, in quanto semplicemente ragazze giovani non è comprensibile in alcun modo. Ho acquistato solo perché sono solita a venire e mi servivano dei prodotti altrimenti visto questo approccio me ne sarei andata senza comprare nulla. Le altre commesse invece tutte garbate, gentili e pronte ad assistere invece che ad inseguire...

Entered the Bergamo shop on a Sunday afternoon (10/3/24) and within 90 seconds had 3 different members of staff approach me. When will people learn that 1) I am not a shoplifting threat to your store and 2) British people are more likely to buy something if you just leave them alone to browse for a few minutes?
