Beautiful weather today, sea is very calm, sun, not too warm, just perfect. I’ve purchased for my wife and I a round trip of the Capri Island of 1h45min supposed to start at 13h15. We’re asking at the desk of Capri Laser how many people today is supposed to be on the boat with us. The answer is - few. The boat starts at 13h35 from the harbour. We’re about 10 people on the boat and feel very comfortable. It starts as promised. We head the wonderful Blue Grotto what’s about 10 min from the harbour, spend an extra 14 Eur each and have about 10 min inside. This spot is really special. And we’re ready to go to the next spot but… the boat is going the opposite direction ! Without any warning is returning to the harbour…we are asked to leave this boat and we have to take another one..It’s 14:45 and we’re leaving the harbour one more time with the boat this time fully packed. We’re told the boat now is going the whole round trip without stopping at the Blue Grotto. We’re going just 5 min to Punta del Capo and… going back again the opposite direction ! Passing next to the harbour Marina Grande, we’re going the Blue Grotto direction one more time. It’s 15:10 we’re in front of the Blue Grotto. Hopefully we’re not stopping there this time. Then the boat goes just to the Punta Carena, Faro Capri at 15:33, makes a U-turn and …going back to the harbour ! We’re arriving back to the harbour at 15:45. We payed full price of 18 Eur for this trip what’s been full of bad surprises, been a half-round trip and last 2hrs but showed us same places twice. This company is absolutely nor reliable. Capri Laser is a pure joke. We don’t recommend unless you have time and money to waste and want to see just half of what you’re supposed to pay for. Capri,...

Zero stars!!! Sooo bad!!! Chaos !! It’s a dangerous operation. Board this ship at your own risk. We only had 1 day in Capri and we were told it’s 1.5 hour trip. We were told it was departing in 5 minutes but we were moved to a separate queue and had to wait 30 mins for the boat: the trip lasted 2.5 hours. The boat went way too fast and was uncomfortable and not enough shade cover from the blistering sun. They sell drinks and only take cash. Stop at blue grotto was where the nightmare begins. It’s carnage and disgraceful. They turn the engine off in a long queue to jump off the boat onto a tiny rowboat @€18 cash per person plus tip that will be demanded!! People were hitting themselves jumping onto the small boats.. one person fell into the sea. We were rocking so badly on the boat we started to feel sea sick and noticed elderly people in a critical condition due to sea sickness and heat stroke.. we were queuing for an hour!! We got so sick we couldn’t go into the grotto but glad we didn’t go in as the entrance is a tiny crack in the rock and is clearly dangerous. No life jackets to be seen.. and people got 2 mins in there and you are not allowed to swim. I was so nauseous I went to be sick in the onboard toilet and OMG!!!! It was the most DISGUSTING toilet I ever saw.. the staff didn’t care that people were unwell my daughter had vomited so much sue was lying on the floor and people and the 2 staff just stepped over her .. they don’t care. Then they handed out smelly green sick bags as the sides of the boat were covered in vomit..I noticed them cleaning the boat before we got on.. now I know why.. worst experience of my life they ruined...

I would also rate these guys below zero, but you have to give one star. In short, typical scammer preying on tourists.

We were explicit about asking if the tour ticket went inside the Blue Grotto and were told yes, paid 36 euro for two tickets. The tour only went around the island and then we were told that we had to pay an additional 14 euro each to get inside the blue grotto, but the boat didn't even stop at the blue grotto, because it was an hour and half wait and returned us to port. So not only did we end up with a tour we didn't want, but we didnt even get to pay extra for what we DID want.

These terms are in the fine print on their ticket, but they weren't forthcoming in giving us that information upfront before we bought it.

We asked for a refund on the basis we had asked if the ticket included grotto entry, and they had mislead us. Rather than being fair and refunding us, they insisted we were lying, hurled abuse at us at a busy kiosk, they talked over us, told us stories of tourists doing this to them before, then called us unintelligent, uneducated, stupid, disrespectful of their country, the manager poked his head out of his window like a turkey to posture for a physical fight with my partner, and their staff threatened to call the police.

In short, avoid these guys like the plague. They represent every negative stereotype of Italians. It's clear this is their business model and they are well practiced at...

100% SCAM I’m on their boat right now. They wasted 2 hours of our short day trip to capri. Read their sketchy and unclear fine print in this ticket stub. They don't promise you will see the blue grotto and they absolutely don't intend to show it to you. They don't even pretend to turn into the waiting area where the large boats wait for the transfer of passengers to small boats. This is a completely pointless tour around the island teaching you nothing you havent seen or heard yet if you watched one yourube video on capri It ruined my day in capri and was my first introduction to what looks like italian organised dishonesty. I threw my money in the water I should have done my research. They are strategically placed as ferries arrive in marina grande and they are set up and advertised as a blue grotto visit/tour but it is anything but. their positive reviews has to be fake and planted by them or people who are stupid enough to clap along every time the anouncer asked people to participate as though they are 5 year olds at a puppet show. No respect for this company and everyone who participates in its dishonesty. They have people outside their ticket office when I confronted them about this who quickly ushered me away as they don't want other people in the queue to hear what is really going on. They say “go to dock number zero and pay another €18 and the wait takes 2-3 hours”

COMPLETE SCAM and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS: The Blue Grotto tour is a complete scam - you do not go into the Blue Grotto, you sail straight past it… More seriously though, is the complete disregard for human life these people have. As you will see from the attached photos, the wind speed was 25mph with gusts of up to 34mph. We were not aware of quite how choppy it was when boarding the small boat, but it soon became very clear. A quick Google will tell you that small boats should not be sailing in such bad weather, but these people only care about money. My wife and I genuinely thought we were going to die (on our honeymoon). The boat was jumping all over the place with the waves crashing all around - how on Earth are you supposed to enjoy a boat tour when you’re being thrown all over the show and on the verge of vomiting? Before returning to the port, we were forced to talk to some rocks for “good luck”. Oh please… As soon as we made it back to the port, after checking that we were still indeed both alive, we went back to the ticket office to demand a full refund. Of course, the man who sold us the tickets refused. I’m now looking to be reimbursed by my credit card provider, and hope that these con-artists go out of business before they have blood on their hands…

Most pathetic set of untrained and rude employees. I had bought return tickets to sorrento from their sorrento agent who by mistake issued me tickets for the 16.15 ferry. When I told him I wanted the 15.15 ferry he wrote on the tickets manually and said that I could board the ferry at 15.15. I was waiting in line to board the 15.15 ferry but was not allowed to board on the pretext that it was full. However, atleast 10 people were allowed after us. They had the same 16.15 tickets. When we tried to board along with them we were shouted at and unceremoniously pushed out of the boat. Even after that 2 more people boarded the ferry. They should be ashamed of the behaviour of their employees who treat their customers in such a cavalier manner. Avoid using this company's services and let's send a message that we will not tolerate this behaviour. I am adding a picture of this gentleman who was looking so smug and satisfied after his shouting tirade.
