Spiaggia Marina Grande — Attraction in Capri

It's 500 m from the port It's Calm, intimate and beautiful setting with deep blue water 🌊☀️🏖️ Lots of rocks, so bring comfortable shoes. I visited here in May 2024 and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves at 11 . We have more people coming in .

I sat on the rocks while the kids took a dip and wife took long walks . There are stairway down to the beach is really overgrown of trees, plants and has bamboo partition which one the other side has flowers concrete covers and beach benches which looks nice but you have to walk down a really narrow, steep stairway to enter the beach. Visually pleasing and worth visiting if you’re in Capri but be prepared for 5 hours till your return trip back as you will need to spend time in and out of the sea .

This beautiful beach was amazing! Our first destination in Amalfi. There is a public beach and private area too with beach beds. The beach beds would cost around 20-25 Euros per person on some areas more. There were no toilets or changing rooms, atleast we couldn’t find any. Grab something in a restaurant to use the toilets I would say. We spend a lovely time here at the beach. Water is clear and the waves aren’t very strong so it worth getting into the water here. The backdrop of the mountain and the colourful houses makes it look so pretty 😍

Highly recommend this place, there is shopping streets too. Go further away form the beach to buy food it ll...
