Palazzo Naselli Crispi — Attraction in Ferrara

We saw a lovely harpist performance here, which was absolutely divine given the location. They provided a guided tour of the facility beforehand (bring your own translation device if you don't speak Italian), which went into great detail about the external structure of the building, but you don't get to see many interior rooms. They told us the seats we had already selected would be reserved for us so we wouldn't lose them while on the tour, yet when we came back, people were sitting in our seats and they told us there was nothing they could do. Obviously, this upset us since we had a child with us. We had arrived an hour and a half early and already secured front row seats. We wouldn't have taken the tour if we had known they would give our secured seats away to other attendees, after being told by the usher/event host that they would be reserved. Regardless, this was not a reflection of the generosity of the foundation or musicians. It was extremely enriching to have been able to show our support by being in attendance at all....
