The Colonna di Sant'Oronzo in Lecce is a testament to extraordinary craftsmanship and architectural mastery from the 1600s. As someone with 25 years of experience in domestic and commercial construction in Australia, I’ve had access to the latest tools and technology required to create what we consider high-quality buildings. Yet, I am in awe of the skill and precision demonstrated in the construction of this historic column.
