Church of Our Lady of Sorrows 'al Torresino' — Attraction in Padua

Chiesa parrocchiale dalle dimensioni contenute ma la cui forma peculiare permette di poter sfruttare al meglio gli spazi. L'esterno è caratterizzato da una facciata che ricorda un tempio, mentre gli interni eleganti e sobri con qualche opera di buon livello ha nelle colonne che racchiudono l'altare, la parte architettonica più interessante. Il parroco, don Ulisse, è un uomo di fede incline all'ascolto e all'accoglienza. La chiesa del torresino é una chiesa che si trova poco distante dal corso storico. La struttura risale al 1725. La facciata é di un colore molto bello: rosso magenta. É di stile tardo barocco. L'interno é a pianta centrale, a unica navata. Interessante sapere che al centro vi sono i resti di una torre (torresino) da dove si é sviluppata la chiesa.
