Their menu is limited by tartare as a main course. And if you want to order anything except for tartare, workers repetitively tell you that "it's not a cafe, it's a restaurant. Me and my girlfriend love their cheese plate and wine, but we feel uncomfortable because of their sayings like we came and took 1 liter of wine, it's not a cafe, it's a restaurant... I gave 5 starts for food but less for service because of this. I am dreaming about having wine and cheese plate one day again IF...

"Il Tartino", which we discovered by chance on our first day in Padova, is a great meat restaurant. In addition to being a warm partner with its simple and elegant design, the delicious menu, exquisite wine, fast service and friendly owner Giulia and her whole team got full points from us. Abgesehen davon, dass es mit seinem schlichten und eleganten Design ein herzlicher Partner ist, haben die köstliche Speisekarte, der exquisite Wein, der schnelle Service und die freundliche Besitzerin Giulia und ihr ganzes Team von uns die volle Punktzahl bekommen. This place is a gem, definitely make time for it. It's only open evenings Tuesday-Saturday in summer, but is a treat. They have a short menu, a couple versions of beef tartate, which is amazing, and some side dishes. The vibe is totally cool but friendly and reminded me of Portland, Oregon, where I'm from.
