Horrendous Service at Mercatino Dell'usato Roma San Giovanni Our recent family trip to Rome was tarnished by a revolting display of customer service at the Mercatino Dell'usato Roma San Giovanni. What should have been a simple shopping experience turned into an agonizing ordeal, highlighting a severe lack of empathy on the part of the staff. My elderly mother, who has a disability, was in the middle of our grocery shopping when she urgently needed to use the restroom. To our dismay, the staff member we approached flatly refused her request, showing no regard for her age or visible disability. This blatant disregard for basic human decency left us shocked and outraged. It's inconceivable that in this day and age, a business would deny restroom access to an elderly person with a disability. It's very sad to see a business give such bad service. If there's a disabled person in your store and you can't provide proper treatment you have to go back and rethink your business policies. I'm very disappointed by the treatment my mother has received in your store and that's not only disappointing for me, but devastated for the whole society.
