Update: returning year after year. Same great experience, warm welcome, and high standards.
Spotlessly clean with a very warm homey atmosphere!
We spent three happy and comfortable weeks at Bagni 49. We thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the place, the warmth and servant heartedness of the team running it.
Laura is an amazing hostess. She is genuinely warm and caring. She buzzes around all day looking after everyone and making sure the place is clean and in good order. Nella and Vittorio (the parents), and Roberto (Laura's brother), complement her efforts and presence perfectly. Lovely family!
If you have small children like us, then this beach is perfect, as one can an overview of the place from any point.
There's a kayak (free of charge), and a couple of SUPs available for the guests.
There's a kitchen available to the guests. It's equipped with storage space, amicrowave, two fridges and a freezer for the guests use. This was very handy, as we were able bring, prepare and enjoy our meals at the Bagni, without having to venture out in the heat.
The Bagni is full of Italian locals who have been coming back every year for generations. Everyone was friendly and welcoming to us.

Ci ho passato una domenica di mare con mia madre. È uno stabilimento perfetto per stare tranquilli. È di piccole dimensioni ma tenuto molto bene dai proprietari che peraltro sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Ci sono fiori nelle aree comuni, i tavoli e le sedie sono puliti. Non c'è il bar ma ci sono distributori automatici di snack e bevande e una cucina con microonde e frigo a diposizione dei clienti. È possibile fare la doccia fredda e calda con sapone poiché hanno gli scarichi. C'è una piccola area giochi per bambini. C'è sufficente distanza tra gli ombrelloni. La posizione è centralissima perché si trova a due passi dalla rotonda a mare e a due passi dal porto turistico. Se si viene in giornata e si arriva presto la mattina, si può parcheggiare gratuitamente in Piazzale Morandi, a 200 metri dallo stabilimento. Torneremo sicuramente e lo...
