COIN — Attraction in Trieste

The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly, especially the young man that works on mens section that helped me with trying jackets did job fantastic and professional. The reason I rate this 1 star is because there was security guard following me around non stop. I was being watched and followed every step I made. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Then I went downstairs from men section to perfume section and he followed me down and kept stalking me around the perfume section. Every time I looked at him he was watching me. Followed me around until the very moment I left the store (he was doing it very obvious too, from just few meters away, staring). My intention was to spend quite some money on expensive parfumes and avirex jacket but I ended up leaving the store empty handed because the security guard made me feel uncomfortable, like I'm a bad guy, thief or something even though I did nothing wrong or suspicious and I was also very well dressed. I was in disbelief what just happened to me, it never happened anything like that in my life. I wish the store does something about it, I hope I am the only customer that had to go through this horrible situation. I don't think I'm ever coming back just because of the horrible...

Shopping trip at coin in Trieste. I would warmly recommend Not to shop there. I went to buy a pair if jeans for my boy aged 7. The assistant firstly said that make don't make size 8 (eveny kid had a laugh), then tried to sell me other stuff completely out of range and then said she might have to check the storage for the right size (suddenly they do make size 8 then). Just because I insisted in that particular model. I left saying that I would consider to come back another time (when she is not on!!!). It is unbelievable how rude and unprofessional she was. She should change job.... This is an unfortunate experience but not isolated.😱 Coin should review their shop assistant training, if any and correct...

I recently visited this store that was recommended to me while in Trieste. While the shopping itself was ok, I was very unpleasantly surprised at the lack of restrooms in this apparently major department store. The “WC” was listed on the store/floor plan, there was a sign for it hanging from the ceiling on the 2nd floor, but the place itself was nowhere to be found. The sales people kept looking at each other and at me with almost a disbelief that someone actually needed a restroom! They finally confirmed that the store does NOT have one. I find this practice to be somewhat common in Europe, but why the basic human needs are being scoffed at is beyond me. Consider...
