Ho acquistato la macchinetta del caffè Lavazza Voicy su Amazon con grande entusiasmo a giugno 2023, attratto dalla sua funzionalità di integrazione con Amazon Alexa. Tuttavia, dopo circa sei mesi di utilizzo, sono profondamente deluso dalla mia esperienza.

Il primo problema è emerso quando la macchinetta ha perso il collegamento con Alexa, questo 2 mesi dopo. Nonostante vari tentativi da parte mia, sono riuscito a ristabilire la connessione, ma il problema si è ripresentato dopo qualche settimana. A quel punto, ho deciso di chiamare il numero verde di Lavazza per ottenere assistenza. Purtroppo, la chiamata si è protratta per circa 50 minuti, e non siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema. Da allora sono trascorse circa due settimane, e non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna comunicazione da parte di Lavazza per quanto riguarda la possibile sostituzione della macchina o una soluzione definitiva al problema.

Un altro difetto significativo che ho riscontrato è la perdita eccessiva di acqua dopo l'erogazione del caffè. Il cestino di raccolta si riempie in modo eccessivo, rendendo la pulizia e il mantenimento della macchinetta un compito fastidioso.

Sono molto deluso dalla Lavazza Voicy e carente supporto post-vendita che ho ricevuto. Speravo di avere una macchinetta del caffè di alta qualità con funzionalità innovative, ma finora la mia esperienza è stata deludente. Aggiornerò questa recensione se dovessero esserci sviluppi positivi o...
