The train journey isn’t long. The station is unique and much different from other stations design to be align with the main temple attraction here. Read moreA very nice, clean and unique looking station. The town and nearby temple are tourist heavy (clogged) but because the bulk of the tourists are bused in, the trains aren't very crowded. As soon as I get there I'll grab a couple beers and some food from the corner store and grab the 100 yen bus out front that goes up the hill to better adventures. On the way out, you can discreetly enjoy another tall beer on the uncrowded train back to town. The calories melt off if you've toured...
