Our family had an unforgettable dining experience at Fresh Water last night. From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed by the warm and attentive staff. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed—spacious, comfortable, and with a modern open kitchen concept that adds a unique touch to the ambiance.

We opted for the omakase dinner, and it was an absolute delight! The meal included a variety of dishes: fresh appetizers, exquisite sashimi, a flavorful hot dish, perfectly crispy tempura, and a delightful dessert to finish. The portion sizes were generous, and every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and dedication to quality.

We also tried the local sake, which was clean, fresh, and slightly sweet—a perfect complement to the meal. What truly stood out, though, was how accommodating the owner and team were to our family. Since we had our children with us, they went above and beyond to prepare a special children’s meal, offering hamburgers, fries, and udon for our daughter. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more enjoyable for everyone.

Fresh Water is a true hidden gem, and the hospitality was top-notch. We left feeling not only satisfied by the incredible food but also touched by the kindness and care shown to us. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable...

this restaurant is excellent. we had a reservation for omakase dinner just over a couple of weeks ago at the Golden Week weekend. the place was relaxing with warm atmosphere. one could enjoy a conversation over a great dinner. the owner and chef (not sure if that's her husband) are very nice warm hospitable couple. the owner has good command of English. my wife is very limited in her nutrition (no meat/chicken, no wheat, no sugars, no eggs, no milk products, only certain vegetables and very limited specific fish, no fruit). nevertheless, on the spot, without prior, notice the chef and the owner did their utmost to change the ingredients for my wife's dinner and accommodate her special needs and did so with a smile. they were so lovely and understanding. the food was high standard and very good and this whole evening has been a super nice experience . this personal restaurant is very much recommended. one feels the owner and chef do it with love and care for...

NOT A PAID REVIEW!! True experience on my birthday! Really enjoyed the last min omakase prepared by chef and wife. Was supposed to have my birthday dinner back at ubaya but I wanted to try this randomly. We enjoyed the random accompany and also a coincidence they accepted our last min walk-in after driving there so far just to try it. Will definitely want to visit them or recommend to all our mates back home.
