I used these guys to pre-purchase a bus and train package from Narita to shiga kogen. Unfortunately the two QR codes they sent me in advance didn’t work so I couldn’t obtain tickets. I had arrived early so tried to contact them but they didn’t respond. So I had to buy them again directly. They have since responded (after my journey was complete and I requested a refund) and referred to another email with a supposedly correct QR code but unfortunately I had never received it. It’s a shame as if they had done this at the time it might have been resolved. They aren’t responding to my request for a refund.
