Sukeya — Restaurant in Hakuba

11/3/2024: Found this ramen place located just beside Hakuba Station. Appeared that many places were closed at lunch during winter time. So we were very pleased that this place was opened because we were famished after our morning ski session. Ordered shoyu ramen both times we were there. Ramen was al dente, broth was shiny with a thin layer of oil, and topped with a generous amount of chopped scallion. Wonderfully delicious and warmed our stomachs. Delicious ramen. They serve only ramens of ~7 kinds and some snacks. Seafood based ramen and black garlic Tonkotsu ramen were both very tasty. There was no heavy smell of pork like in some other restaurants who serve Tonkotsu ramen and soup base was free of this smell too.
