11/3/2024: Found this ramen place located just beside Hakuba Station. Appeared that many places were closed at lunch during winter time. So we were very pleased that this place was opened because we were famished after our morning ski session. Ordered shoyu ramen both times we were there. Ramen was al dente, broth was shiny with a thin layer of oil, and topped with a generous amount of chopped scallion. Wonderfully delicious and warmed our stomachs.
