best soba noodles in my life !! i recommend getting the "all" / everything option hot (850 yen). the broth was incredible, the noodles were delicious and the meat was super tasty. scarce seating as there are only two outdoor (covered) picnic tables but service and dining is fast.

2022年8月上旬に訪問。製麺所が経営している蕎麦屋さんです。(うどんも有ります。)シンプルなメニューでリーズナブルな価格が魅力です。白馬駅から白馬岳線を、ジャンプ台方面に進みパタゴニア白馬アウトレット店の隣にありますが目立たない店舗の為、通り過ぎてしまいました。建物外にテーブルが2組設置されています。かき揚げ蕎麦大盛りを食べましたが、蕎麦はそれなりに美味しかったのですが、かき揚げや具材は駅の立ち食い蕎麦屋さんレベルでした。また、そばつゆの味が濃過ぎて、最後はかなりしょっぱく感じました。

Home made udon and ramen. Slurping those noodles in Hakuba’s cold winter is the most enjoyable moments.

After finishing the noodles, add a glass of free tea (provided fee of charged) to the soup for a refreshing finale! 😋
