super bad experience here... Extremely disappointing... I was really excited to get a few rings here when the shop caught my eye when i was walking back to my accommodations. It was booming with people and i felt that this place would be good as they limit the number of people to go into the shop so that a staff could serve each couple better. As a foreigner, i was quite pleased when one of the staff could speak english as it would allow me to understand the process of choosing and having my ring made better. but the experience deteriorated from here...

we were told to choose the designs of ring we wanted, which we did. (and then the staff just briefly explained to us in a hurry and rushed off the somewhere) and we then wait for 10min for them to pass us a bundle of sizing chart to find our ring sizes which we did really quickly... and things we south from there... because we were then made to wait for almost 30min there for a staff to attend to us. This was really frustrating as it was supposed to be a 1 staff per couple system. yet, from the start when we entered the shop till we left the shop, we were attended not even 1 min by the staff. me and my friend honestly felt discriminated in the shop as everyone were Japanese and we were the only foreigners there and we were clearly ignored the moment we stepped into the shop...

My wife and I live in Kawagoe, we discovered this beautiful place where we could handcraft our own wedding bands for one another. The friendly staff guide you through each stage of the process, where you can choose the material for your ring from silver and various grades of gold then you use the studio space and tools to create the pattern and polish the ring. At first I felt oh that's sweet, but as I got drawn in and engrossed into the process I realised how much of your own personality and love you could infuse into the ring you craft for your partner. There is truly only one of its kind in the entire universe, and you crafted it by hand for the one you love in a beautiful place, Kawagoe. I highly recommend this process. We were on a day trip to Kawagoe when we happened to pass by this jewelry store where you can customize your own rings. Guided by Nakabayashi, who went above and beyond despite the language barrier, we were able to create our own personalized rings.

Although the reservations were fully booked for the wedding experience, the team at Glanta graciously accommodated us and allowed us to begin crafting our rings immediately. The workshop setup was fantastic, providing us with a hands-on experience where we were able to hammer the rings ourselves under Nakabayashi's guidance.

Each step of the process was carefully explained, ensuring that our rings turned out exactly as we envisioned.
