Niseko Sports Hirafu Zaka Store — Attraction in Kutchan

The boots were given one size smaller than measured, which I suspect that was due to one staff was telling another size 8 of UK, which should be US instead. Even though the staff see that my husband struggled to put feet into shoes and was complaining tight, they see no problem on the size. We told them it will be our first time to ski/ snowboard yet no quick brief about how to put boots on nor how to do the binding. Fortunately, it was quick to change the size without further charges, but we only realised that it was too small after one day of skiing, which has caused some blister on the foot. Comparing the services that I received from other rental shop, this one has room for improvement. Good...

I went to the store after I had lost one metal tail connector of my mountain climbing skins.

I got excellent and most friendly help from the staff. They informed me where to get the part and the opening hours of the specific store.

Since store in question opened only after 12 and I was heading into the back country the staff checked their inventories to find some temporary solution for the day… gave me a roll of duct tape.

Worked well...
