However, there is one Japanese male staff at the exit area who was supposed to sell the souvenirs sat there most of the time and was being racist to Chinese Speaking tourists. First thing first, Japan tourism should be more aware of your staff intake to prevent them being RACIST, second thing we are Malaysian but we speaks multiple languages.
