AVOID AT ALL COSTS: The knives here are extremely overpriced, and you won’t find anyone shopping besides unsuspecting tourists. I stopped in last minute to grab a wedding gift for a friend and ended up paying $271 USD for a knife that isn’t worth more than $80.
To make matters worse, the guy assured me the engraving would cut through the black part of the blade and look cool—so I went for it. Turns out he had never used the engraving machine before 🙃.
The final result was a burnt brown, ugly engraving that looks more like a mistake than a meaningful gift. And of course, once it’s engraved, it’s non-refundable. Really wish he had the decency to tell me that upfront.
PS: They give out free incense if you leave a Google review, explains all the 5 star ratings. Plus the guy work there took the phone out of my hand to type his name. Really unprofessional.
