An absolute meal it was-from start to finish. We followed the instructions they provided and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was our first time trying “Mazesoba” as people who always eat the same thing when visiting home and we were pleasantly surprised as we rarely find something new we’re curious enough to try.
The first stage of the dish was delicious on its own but it really hit the spot with the additional vinegar. It was creamy with the yolk and umami with all the toppings with the vinegar giving it a sharp kick you wouldn’t expect to work well with the dish. You finish by adding the soup and rice once your noodles have finished leaving behind plenty of meat, yolk, sauce and toppings and just making it a Devine finish. 10/10 forgot to take a picture of the actual meal but here’s just to show it’s a part of the clean bowl club! Sometimes known as Abura soba where the recipe is using umami soy based than broth. The noodle in this outlet is chewy and thick with the topping of chasiu or other pork based meat. Just mixed all together before eating and the soup provided can be used to eat /drink cleaning up the left over in the bowl .
