Definitely one of the BEST experience for claw and crane games so far in Japan. Smaller location means better staff to customer ratio and an amazing experience. They observe from nearby and offer help when you struggle. One time we gave up and walked away only to have them chase us down to try again with a guarantee win setup. Completely different than R1 where I have to hunt staff down and then explain how I wish to be assisted.

Definitely one of the BEST experience for claw and crane games so far in Japan. Smaller location means better staff to customer ratio and an amazing experience. They observe from nearby and offer help when you struggle. One time we gave up and walked away only to have them chase us down to try again with a guarantee win setup. Completely different than R1 where I have to hunt staff down and then explain how I wish to be assisted.

My family and I have been hooked on claw machines on our recent trip to Japan and this is the BEST trip yet! The workers were very helpful with tips and tricks, and really wanted to help our toddler and us win some prizes, which really made him happy for the night. We spent a lot, but it was well worth it. Workers are super nice and it was a great overall experience!

Never had I been clearly felt the racism here in Japan, this is the first most place We’re literally just playing beside a couple around 5.15pm, where a staff was standing behind them helping them, and even let them draw a lot, with laughter, when it came for us to redeem the ¥500spent/lot, the reaction just blend, and even after that we continue to play, nobody come and helped us nor give us tips on the claw machine, guess what, he helped the local couple twice, that they got the 2nd prize by just few tries, with his help of course

Go to GIGO, same amount of money but at least they care and would help you and even stand behind you and continue to see if you...
