A landmark picture spot when you visit Niigata city. Around 20 minutes walk from Niigata Station. You can also use bus to go back to Niigata Station from this spot. Niigata is such a beautiful city by the Sea of Japan, with a perfect mix of nature and city life. The seafood is some of the freshest I’ve ever had, and the local sake is outstanding. Walking along the Shinano River and watching the sunset over the water was unforgettable. People here are friendly and the atmosphere is calm, making it a great place to relax...

There's another sign closer to the train station, but nowhere to stop and take photos. This was across the street from a parking lot and right on the way to Toki Messe.
