This was the first hotel that we have stayed at in Japan, hence when we say the room is small, we have nothing at this stage to compare it to. Our room (501 a twin room) which at its widest point (not the entire room is this wide) was 2.5 M wide, and 5.15 metres long at its longest point (the room wasn’t that long all the way), which means the entire room room is at the most 12.87 M2, the bathroom was also small, its included in they space and on the outside it is 1.7M * 1.45M or 2.46 M2. Due to the size constraints of the room all of the doors (entry and bathroom) open outwards as otherwise there would be not enough room to open inwards. The beds are set very high off the ground to enable you to store suitcases under them, the catch is your suitcases narrowest dimension needs to be 30cm or less. The only real place to store luggage is in the 70cm wide corridor in front of the door into the room, then shuffle people/suitcases when the need arrises to leave the room. The room was surprisingly quiet despite a busy road right outside the room, (you could hear road noise, but with earplugs it wasn't a problem to sleep). The bed was very firm. The Airport #2 Hotel (across a alley way next to this hotel) offers a "western" breakfast at reception, they offered croissants, pastries and rolls, along with potato salad and coleslaw. The hotel's free shuttle bus makes getting to and fro the airport quick and easy (as long as you are traveling when it runs, check the hotel's website to find...
Read moreIf you're looking for a no-frills, convenient stay near Haneda Airport, Toyoko Inn Haneda Kuko No. 1 is a solid choice. The location is excellent, just a short ride from the airport, and the free shuttle bus makes getting to and from your flight incredibly easy.||||Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was clean upon arrival. While compact, the room included everything I needed for a one-night stay. The breakfast was surprisingly decent, especially considering the very reasonable room rate. Added bonuses were the laundry machines, vending machines, and ice machine, which added a layer of convenience during the short stay.||||That said, the room is very small, and storage space is limited, so if you're traveling with multiple suitcases or planning a longer stay, it might feel a bit cramped. Not ideal for unpacking or spreading out, but great for a quick, practical stopover.||||Overall, a good value if you just need a clean, efficient place to rest before or...
Read moreWe stayed here for a night when we first landed in Tokyo as we touched down late at night. Check-in process was smooth & the staff were helpful. The room was small, but it's mainly for those who have to just stay in for the night so that they can go for their early flight or when they touch down late. So can't complain much about it. Amenities were good though, they provided night gowns & toiletries. The toilet was decent and clean.Location wise - it's good as it's near Otorii station & just a short 5min walk over. There are also 24hr convenience stores nearby, esp if you need a late night snack. One thing I wanna highlight was that they had breakfast & we were amazed by the food & drink options!! We were spoilt for choice & very happy eating it. I think they also have airport shuttle service so that's useful if the timings are good. Nothing to complain about as it met and even exceeded our expectations for a...
