We landed around 10:40pm at Haneda Airport, so booked this hotel for a 1-night stay as it is located only 3 train stops away from Haneda Airport on the Keikyu Line, plus another 3 minutes walk from the train station, across the main road. We paid JPY8964.24 (MYR274.71) on Agoda for the room.
Check-in was smooth and efficient. Bottled waters are provided, and we can pick up amenities we want from the public area. There are some canned drinks and snacks (such as instant noodles and potato chips) for sale too. We did not require transport back to Haneda Airport, but this service is available for those who need it. The stay also includes free breakfast, there are 4 sets of menu that rotate each day. The breakfast we got was Set B.
Our room was 213. The room is small as expected, but well-equipped. There is a window that looks out to not much of a view, but it's nice to let natural light in in the morning. Air-conditioning can be adjusted using the electronic panel on the wall, the toilet is equipped with electronic bidet, there is a large TV on the wall across from the bed, and a desk along with some hangers and a wall-mounted clothes rail.
The bed is comfortable and we slept well. Two sets of pajamas are provided in the cupboard, so we wore those to sleep. There are some interesting artworks of cabbages on the wall. The only downside of the room is it's small size, though that is probably something quite common in Japan, especially Tokyo.
There is a dining area across from the hotel lobby where we could have our meals. Just make sure to clean up before we go. There are comic books available for reading, but they are in Japanese.
Breakfast was simple but tasty and satisfying. We chose to dine-in instead if tske-away, since we were not rushing anywhere. The dining area had lots of natural light and the music was relaxing. The lady tending the dining area was very friendly and hospitable too. Although breakfast service ended at 9am, she would still offer to refill our coffee.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Highly...
Read moreDecided to stay based on Google reviews, location, and pictures! I'm so happy I chose this location. It is super convenient to HND airport and Otorii Train Station.
The hotel was very close to walking from the train station. 2min walk away. There are lots of sidewalks and crosswalks to safely walk there. The hotel is situated and what looks like in a small neighborhood.
Checked in at 2230 hours and was welcomed by 2 front desk agents. They were both very kind and attentive. She explained everything to me about the hotel, elevator, and room.
Elevators - need room key to use. clean, modern, spacious. Room floors - clean in appearance carpeted hallways.
Room- 517, twin bed. ONE key card is needed as your master key for lights. Pillows is down feather very soft. 2 pillows on each bed. Comforter and sheets clean neat. The bed is a little lower than I'm used to, but it's not an issue. Convenient night stand with USB and plugs which fit my american charger.
Amenities in room - ample charging outlets, usb. TV has Japanese channels, lamps next to bed /nightstand very helpful.
Bathroom- small but effective. Tub wall is pretty high and I'm 5'4" Toilet has bidet which is great.
AC- there are instructions how to use the ac panel. I used Google lense to translate the screen.
Fridge- small in room enough to fit my bottled drinks and small food items. there is a switch just above the cabinet where it's located that you'll need to switch on and off.
I did not have an opportunity to use the breakfast or other amenities.
Overall, I will definitely keep this as an option for accommodations and also recommend to my friends traveling thru...
Read moreVery disappointed with this hotel , I booked a room for me and 2 granddaughters 13/14 years old they are not babies but they are a kid , minors not adult , yong girls that can not spend the night at a hotel room by themselves, but for my surprise when I got to the hotel they want me to book another room for one of them , UNACCEPTABLE, never never I will agree with that . They want to convince me that only me would have the key , I can’t trust that , the cleaners , managers and also the receptionist can have a room keys . I had to book another hotel and they accepted me and my 2 granddaughters in the same room . I had to pay again and they didn’t refund me they said it was booking same day is not refundable. VERY BAD hotel rules and I did report the hotel for the authority and they will check on that . So if you’re traveling with minors be careful with that hotel . Or any other hotel that has the same requirements. I work at the airport when flights are canceled and even a 17/18 years old I can not book a hotel for them is avast the law . They still unaccompanied minir it’s a crime . Going back to the United States very worried and disappointed with some Japanese hotel rules . It not all I just book another one and first thing I asked they said if course they stay in the same room they are counted as adult but they still minor can not be in the hotel room by themselves. So it’s not all japanese hotel Rules .so 00000 recommendations to this...
