I discovered this hidden gem while searching for head spas in Tokyo, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Located in an unassuming business building, it’s easy to miss, but once you step out of the elevator, you enter a tranquil oasis far removed from the city’s chaos. The aesthetic and decor immediately set the tone for relaxation, and I knew I was in for a treat.

After filling out a brief questionnaire about my hair and scalp concerns, I was escorted to a private spa room, where the therapist discussed my needs. I opted for the 120-minute treatment, which included a neck and shoulder massage—pure bliss. Despite the language barrier (the therapist didn’t speak English), she was kind enough to use her phone for translations, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the process.

The treatment itself was incredibly soothing. Once I changed into the provided attire, the lights were dimmed, and I was enveloped in calming sounds of water and birds, creating an almost otherworldly atmosphere. The only downside? The two hours flew by, and I truly could have stayed there all day.

A quick note on the products: they have a strong fruity, tropical scent. While I loved the vibe it added to the experience, those sensitive to strong smells might find it overwhelming. But it definitely complements the peaceful ambiance of the space.

At the end of the session, my hair was blow-dried to perfection, and I was given helpful aftercare tips. My hair has never felt so smooth and nourished. I left feeling utterly rejuvenated and relaxed, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit....

Any foreigners expecting an appt with them ! BE AWARE! I just got scam from this company. Once you do pay the pre payment link, no refund will be made even if they refuse you. They charge me & my husband 27 000 yen each for 120 Premium Head Spa which is almost 500$ CANADIAN Dollars. We made the hotel call them to make request & reservation cause they dont offer any english options on their website. We did ask if they provide full blow dry with hair extension at the end & they assure us that YES they offer it. They send a pre payment link after with a mention no extension… but we still did the payment after the info was confirm. We took a taxi for 30 min , Arrive there 15 min early. They make us sign a consent form & then they give us a random paper with contradictions saying no extension hair & they dont provide full blow dry , they partial dry & give you irons so you finish your own hair with 15 min policy or they kick you out. ??????? My husband have dread locks and no extension. They refuse to provide us any refund cause of pre payment , we left the place one hour later waiting on them to find a solution. Considerating the situation , the price & no service, I cant believe this company dont offer us nothing in returns. Big RIP OFF! My credit card company will...

I was visiting Japan for a quick weekend trip and wanted to do something different. I've been to Japan many times before but never did a hair care session. My husband found HEAD SPA Kuu online and I decided to give it a try. Booking was fast and easy even for foreigners like myself. Everything is done via email and you are required to prepay online in advance. If you decide not to prepat, no problem, your spot will be canceled automatically. Once you pay you are secured. From the moment you enter, the ambiance is so relaxing and tranquil. Everyone is friendly and make you feel welcomed and at ease. They have staff that speak English very well so it's not too intimidating. I did the 90min treatment since it was my first time and my only regret is not doing a longer session. Ayuka was the person who took care of me and OMG is she amazing. Her hands are so strong, yet gentle. I explained my issues to her and she took care of them better than expected. My hair is smooth, healthy looking, and no longer has the dull feeling. I 1,000% will come back and recommend anyone in the area do...

Exemplary Relaxation: Head Spa Kuu's 90-Minute Head Scalp Treatment I recently indulged in Head Spa Kuu's 90-minute head scalp treatment, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the outset, the moment you walk in, the studio exudes a serene ambiance, setting the tone for relaxation. The focus on the head and scalp during the treatment showcased a level of expertise that surpassed my expectations. The skilled practitioners demonstrated a profound understanding of their craft, delivering a comprehensive and deeply relaxing session. The 90 minutes felt indulgent yet purposeful, addressing both physical tension and mental stress. Headspa Kuu's commitment to intentional care and the overall well-being of their patrons is evident throughout the experience. The studio's ambiance, coupled with the expertly executed treatment, creates an environment conducive to genuine relaxation. If you seek a refined spa experience, particularly with the 90-minute head scalp treatment, Head Spa Kuu is where you want to be. It was my first visit while visiting Tokyo and it certainly won't be my last!
