Shakujii Pond Boat landing — Attraction in Tokyo

This is going to be a hard one to review. There's a little dock with a kiosk next to an inlet of the lake. Various boats that can be rented, the only one of them has left in the last few minutes. Various drinks available, both in the kiosk and vending machines. Snacks in a kiosk, too. However, I was there for the free Wi-Fi, which seems to work pretty well. There are various seats under the trees, too.

Used to rent rowboats, pedal boats, and, swan shaped pedal boats here. Closed on Thursdays, but open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (time my differ due to covid). 石神井公園のボート乗り場。石神井公園の東側にあります。 ボート乗り場入ってすぐの所にある券売機で、乗りたいボートの券を購入して係の方に手渡します。 ボートの種類は、手漕ぎボート、サイクルボート、スワンボートがあります。手漕ぎボートが一番割安ですが、足漕ぎのサイクルボートかスワンボートの方が楽かなと思います。サイクルボートとスワンボートならばサイクルボートの方が安いです。 週末はそこそこの人がボートを利用していますが、井の頭公園ほどは混まないので、ゆったりしています。 ただ、石神井池には一部釣りができる場所があり、釣りをしている方が結構いるので、特に取り決めはないものの、迂回して近付かないようにしています。 石神井公園には石神井池と三宝寺池があって、道路で分断されているので、ボートで行ける範囲は石神井池だけです。 石神井池だけでも結構な広さがあり、池全体をボートで回ろうとすると疲れます。サイクルボートとスワンボートは延長なしの通常レンタル時間だと30分で、池の端まで行こうとすると行き帰りでギリギリな感じです。（体力に自信のある方はもっとゆとりを持って楽...
