You have to register before you start using this facility with the emergency phone number and have your blood pressure taken. Luckily, I went through those last year, so I didn’t have to this time. They are very strict about how long you use the treadmill and each machine has its own length for use. I wish they had more machines to work with, but this is Tokyo, they always have limits. The people working this place are nice; they will tell you how to use machines and how to work out if you ask them. The lockers need 100 yen coin, but when it’s open, the coin comes back.
